Against a backdrop of climate change, with its more frequent and extreme environmental impacts, integrated water resource management (IWRM) at basin level is an efficient and sustainable response.

This type of management makes it possible to reconcile the preservation of resources and ecosystems with the satisfaction of different uses.

It is with this in mind that INBO supports its Members and Partners in implementing field projects aimed at strengthening governance, producing tools for dialogue and decision support, and shared planning practices, for a reasoned and sustainable use of this common good.

These projects are in line with the Sustainable Development Goals (SD Gs) adopted by the UN in 2015.
