Under the Technical Cooperation Agreeement signed between Conagua and UNESCO in December in 2013, the government of Mexico through Conagua, hosted the high-level of the Closing Ceremony of the International Year of Water Cooperation.
With over 400 participants from 60 countries and over 200 institutions including government agencies, development banks, international and civil society organisations, private companies, academics, etc;, the celebration provided an overview of the main achievements of the International Year.
